We currently have a Ford Transit in our body shop following crash damage to the rear quarter.

The primary damage is to the rear quarter panel, which has taken a substantial hit. So Louis started off by carefully drilling out the original spot welds to remove the damaged panel cleanly and preserve the surrounding structure.

Additional Repairs
While it is in, we will also tackled a few other areas:

Tailgate – Several dents will have to be straightened and filled, restoring its clean lines.

Offside Rear Quarter Panel – Minor dents are going to be removed to match the newly replaced panel on the other side of the van.

Front Bumper Corner – Cosmetic damage to the bumper will be repaired and repainted to complete the overall finish.

A brand-new OEM panel was then aligned with all the panels on to make sure everything fitted correctly with the right panel gaps. It was then welded into place with precision.

Louis has primed the van, rubbed it down and masked it ready for paint

The van has now been painted in the original dark gray and polished up to better than factory spec.
