Competition Terms and Conditions.

1. Competition Overview

Golden Barn Garage Ltd is excited to announce our Winter competition, giving one lucky customer the chance to win a Silverstone Formula Single Seater Experience

This experience is for 1 person at Silverstone Race track, Northamptonshire. valid until 14/11/2026,

 

2. Eligibility

The Competition is open to customers of Golden Barn Garage Ltd who meet the entry criteria in Section 3.
Employees of Golden Barn Garage Ltd and their immediate families are excluded from entering.

3. Entry

To enter the Competition, customers must:

  1. Have their car serviced or repaired at Golden Barn Garage between 14/11/25 and 28/02/26.
  2. Minimum age: 18
  3. Maximum age: 70
  4. Minimum height: 5ft 2in
  5. Maximum height: 6ft 4in
  6. Maximum weight: 18 stone
  7. Participants need to have held a full manual driving licence for at least one year, kindly note your licence must be presented on the day
  8. Kindly note, if you are deemed under the influence of alcohol or drugs on the day you will not be able to participate in this experience
  9. Participants must be physically fit. Driving experiences are not suitable for those that are pregnant or suffer from epilepsy, high blood pressure or heart problems
  10. Spectators are welcome – Children must be supervised at all times
  11. No animals (other than pre-confirmed assistance dogs) are allowed on site
  12. The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary
  13. The centres contracted with us hold public indemnity liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover.
  14. Please ensure you are familiar with the terms and conditions of the experience

4. Availability

The experience runs on selected weekends and some Fridays from March – November.

We recommend you book at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure dates are available. All bookings subject to availability.

Please allow approximately 1 hour 30 mins at the venue, the actual time spent in the cars depends on speed and individual ability.

5. Selection of Winner

At the end of the Competition Period, all eligible entries will be entered into a prize draw.
The winner will be drawn live on Facebook at random using Google’s random number generator during the week commencing 9th February 2026.
The winner will be contacted by telephone and email within one day of the draw.

6. The Prize

The Prize consists of:

  • 1 Virgin Experience day Silverstone Formula Single Seater Experience

The Prize is non-transferable, and there is no cash alternative.
Golden Barn Garage reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

7. Notification and Claiming the Prize

The winner will be notified by telephone and email within one day of the draw.

  • To claim the Prize, the winner must respond to Golden Barn Garage within two days of notification and provide proof of identification. They must also collect the prize, should it be physical, within 7 days of being notified.
  • Golden Barn Garage reserves the right to redraw the Prize if the winner does not respond within the specified timeframe.

8. Data Protection

Golden Barn Garage will only use the personal data collected for the purposes of running this Competition.
Your data will not be shared with any third party without your consent.
You can request to access and update your personal data at any time by contacting Golden Barn Garage.

By entering the Competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
